Blender is a new way to help people learn how to organize healthy food eating during the day.
Eating healthy every day can be a difficult challenge, especially when it comes to planning meals ahead. It's easy to get overwhelmed with the seemingly endless options for what we should and shouldn't eat. But by keeping things simple, we can make healthier eating decisions easier.
Planning out our meals in advance allows us to have an idea of what ingredients are needed and how much time is required for each meal preparation - making it easier to stick with nutritious foods that fuel our bodies instead of reaching for unhealthy snacks or takeout food as a quick-fix solution.
We designed a platform that helps users to PREPARE their menus ahead and CHOOSE from recommended food combinations for a healthy diet every week.
Research and ideate initial product strategy
Created a prototype for the app and website. This includes translating the problem into a coherent visual flow.
